Empowering journals for Black girls ages 10–19, built to grow confidence, heal hearts, and celebrate who she already is.
Tag You’re Beautiful
More Than a Journal.
A Movement of Self-Worth.
We create empowering journals designed to help teen girls build confidence, process emotions, and embrace their voice, one page at a time.
Tag You’re Beautiful was created to remind girls of one simple, powerful truth:
You are worthy.
You are valuable.
You are beautiful, exactly as you are.
What began as a message became a movement and now, a growing collection of journals intentionally designed to support emotional wellness in everyday life.
Our founder recognized the need for culturally affirming tools that help girls not just survive, but truly thrive. Tools that speak to their lived experiences. Tools that make space for their truth.
When a girl learns to care for her mind, her confidence ripples through her family, her school, and her community.
And when girls heal, communities bloom.
ABOUT THE JOURNALS:
At Tag You’re Beautiful, we believe every girl deserves a safe space to reflect, grow, and heal.
Our journals are thoughtfully created for adolescent girls, especially girls of color, who are navigating identity, confidence, emotional wellness, and self-worth in a world that often overlooks their voices.
These are not just blank pages.
They are guided spaces for truth, affirmation, and transformation.
Through reflective prompts, confidence-building exercises, and intentional journaling practices, each book helps girls:
• Strengthen self-esteem
• Understand and manage emotions
• Build healthy boundaries
• Develop self-awareness
• Practice self-compassion
• Choose themselves without guilt
Because mental wellness isn’t selfish, it’s sacred.
Each journal serves as a private, powerful space where girls can slow down, process honestly, and grow intentionally.
OUR IMPACT:
Tag You’re Beautiful extends beyond the page.
Through journaling workshops, school partnerships, and community programs, we help girls move from self-doubt to self-trust.
Our journals are used as tools for:
• Emotional literacy
• Confidence development
• Healing-centered reflection
• Mental wellness support
• Empowerment circles and workshops
We collaborate with educators, mental health professionals, and community leaders to expand access to affirming, healing-centered resources.
Because every girl deserves a safe place to land, even if it starts with a journal.
